Key Responsibilities

What You'll Own in This Role

A mix of relationship-building, sales, and coordination — grounded in service quality and compliance.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and staying engaged beyond the first sale.

Sales Support

Identify opportunities, support the sales process end-to-end, and help convert customer interest into confirmed business.

Financial Product Guidance

Explain financial products clearly and accurately, helping customers make informed, confident decisions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with operations, credit, and service teams to ensure a smooth, timely customer experience.

Compliance

Follow policy, process, and regulatory guidelines carefully in every customer interaction and transaction.

Target Achievement

Take ownership of monthly and quarterly goals, with coaching and support to help you consistently hit them.

Program Structure

What the Program Includes

A fully sponsored training program with a clear, location-based remuneration structure.

Program Duration

15 days of physical training with stay arrangements provided at the campus of our Academic Partner.

Program Fees

No fees for training, residential stay, or food. The entire program is fully sponsored, at no cost to you.

Remuneration

Rs. 3.14L – Rs. 3.85L

Starting CTC based on your posted work location.

*Final compensation varies by location and is confirmed at the time of offer.
Eligibility

Who Can Apply

We look for the right attitude as much as the right qualification.

Education

Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.Fresher Graduates with 0 to 1 year work experience. (Engineer, Diploma Engineer, MBA or Postgraduate not eligible)

Minimum 50% or higher in 10th, 12th and graduation (full-time courses)

Age limit: Below 25 years or lower as on date of application

Communication Skills

Clear, confident verbal communication in English and the local language.

Customer Service Mindset
