- Coffee Shop / All-Day Dining :- A Coffee Shop or All-Day Dining Restaurant is a casual dining outlet in a hotel that serves food and beverages throughout the day, usually from early morning till late night (sometimes 24×7). It offers quick service, multi-cuisine menus, and often includes a buffet.

The team transports food, equipment, and staff to the venue and sets up temporary kitchens and service areas to serve guests professionally outside the hotel.
