What is Hospitality?

  • Hospitality as an Industry:- Hospitality as an industry refers to the business sector that provides services to guests, travelers, and customers to make them feel comfortable, welcome, and satisfied. It includes businesses that offer accommodation, food, beverages, travel services, entertainment, and customer care.
